We will have an opening recpetion on Wednesday evening, Sept. 25 at 5:30 pm. Please see the full schedule for room locations and times.
Check-In
All attendees can check-in to the conference on Wednesday, Sept. 25 from 4-7. A check-in table will be setup during the conference on Thursday for those who would like to come later.
All attendess will recieve a name badge and a conference program at check-in.
Accommodations
Please be sure to checkin on time if you would like to make it to the opening reception on Sept. 25 at 5:30 pm.
What to Wear
We are going casual this year! Attendees and speakers are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing throughout the conference. So feel free to pack your tshirts, shorts and flip flops because that’s all you’ll need. And don’t forget sunscreen!
Conference Tshirt
As part of the conference, all attendees will be given a custom airbrush tshirt! On Thursday morning, please go to the airbrush booth in the back of the room to pick your design and choose your size. All shirts will be given out at the Thursday night event.
If you would like a tshirt for your kids, you may purchase those separately.
